Hi there! I’m Christina, a Registered Acupuncturist and Nutritionist in Ottawa, Ontario. I help people with menstrual issues, digestive concerns, and chronic illness regain their quality of life. I also love working with fertility, anxiety, and PTSD, though I welcome all health goals and concerns. My acupuncture practice is located in the Carlington area.

That way, your quality of life can improve quickly, and the improvements can have long lasting effects. In order to give you the best results, I combine acupuncture and other Traditional Chinese Medicine modalities, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations to give you a well-rounded approach to health.
